Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep Premium until then. No commitment.
What happens to my data if I go back to free?
Nothing is ever deleted. Your lists, projects and tasks stay visible and editable; only new creations beyond the free plan limits are blocked.
Does the subscription cover the whole household?
Yes. A single subscription unlocks Premium for every member of the household, however many there are.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe, the world leader in online payments. Kotidy never stores your card details. Invoices are available at any time.
