Cancel your contract
You can cancel your Kotidy Premium subscription at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (monthly or yearly): your household keeps Premium access until that date, then switches to the free plan, with no data deleted whatsoever.
