Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (code de la consommation), every consumer has the right to use, free of charge, a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute between the consumer and the publisher of the Service.
Mandatory preliminary step: the written complaint
The mediator may only be approached after an attempt at direct resolution. The consumer must therefore first send a written complaint to the dedicated address:
The publisher acknowledges receipt and replies within a maximum of 30 days from receipt. If the reply does not satisfy the consumer, or if no reply is given by the end of that period, the consumer may refer the matter to the mediator free of charge.
This step is not an internal formality: pursuant to Article R612-2 of the French Consumer Code, the mediator declares the request inadmissible where the consumer cannot show that they first attempted to resolve the dispute directly with the trader by means of a written complaint in accordance with the terms provided for in the contract.

Recourse to the mediator is free of charge for the consumer. The referral must be made within one year of the written complaint sent to the publisher.
Intellectual property
The structure of the Service, its texts, graphics, logos, icons and code are the exclusive property of Baptiste Levesque, with the exception of elements licensed from third parties. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement (contrefaçon) within the meaning of Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (code de la propriété intellectuelle).
The "Kotidy" trade mark is the subject of a registration application filed with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) in classes 9 and 42.
